Politique de remboursement
We do not accept return or refund, accept:
- Customer received wrong item
- Due to harsh shipping condition, the product(s) is damaged beyond self-repair.
If the product arrives broken due to shipping, please notify me within 3 days (after the date of delivery confirmation by the shipping courier) of receiving the item and include a picture of the broken product. We will be more than happy to replace it for the same item. If we do not receive a photo within the 3 days after the arrival date, we will not be able to replace the product or make any other arrangements.
There are no replacements for broken pieces due to use.
Sometimes you can fix the problem by yourself, if not we are always willing to help.
