Frosting Clay User Guide

Clay Properties

• 10am Cake Frosting Clay is soft and smooth. Featuring the fluffiness of buttercream frosting.
• The top surface of the Frosting Clay dries within five minutes, to prevent this problem, the clay must be covered and sealed properly while you are creating your art.
• The recommended drying time of each Frosting Clay project is 3-4 days.

Frosting Clay Color Mixing Tips

1. Cut a small opening at the tip of the piping bag.
2. Squeeze a desired amount of clay into a bowl.
3. Only use ACRYLIC PAINT to mix with the Frosting Clay.
4. Add a little acrylic paint to the bowl.
5. Mix Frosting Clay with acrylic paint using a spatula or spoon.

• For a darker shade, add more acrylic paint.
• For a lighter shade, add more Frosting Clay.

Clean up

• Wash your hands and materials under warm water.
• Dispose “un-wanted” clay in the garbage bin.

Left-over Clay

• Seal the open end of the clay bag with sealing clips, or place the frosting clay in an airtight container.
• Store under well shaded area.
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat.
• For the best result, please use within 3 weeks after opening.

Frosting clay “gone bad”!! We strongly recommend dispose the clay if:

• Stiff texture, harder to mix and pipe.
• Forming tiny bubbles.

• DO NOT EAT. Frosting Clay is not food.
• Suitable for children 10 years old and above, under adult supervision.
